ICV survey

During the lockdown, we have had to find ways to work differently. Social distancing has meant that we may have needed to work in a different location or do things in a different way.

For some this period may have meant that you have not been able to engage in volunteering activities, while others have adapted to undertaking volunteering work in a different way.

This survey is designed as an activity to engage with you and to gather how you feel on three key areas:

Your Volunteering Environment

How you feel about returning to your role and where you have been working

Your Support And Wellbeing

How you are and how you feel about returning to physical visits

Your Home Environment

How you feel about the impact of your volunteering work and physical visits on your home environment

There are a mix of questions including multiple choice giving a scale by which to rate your response, and a number of free text questions within each section to obtain a deeper understanding of your situation.

We do ask for some sensitive information about you to ensure that we can provide suitable support for your health and wellbeing, but these questions are not mandatory and you do not have to disclose the information if you do not feel comfortable doing so.

Please refer to the Clinically Extremely Vulnerable list or the Clinically Vulnerable list for part of question one.
