The PCC webcasts her monthly Performance & Accountability Meetings (PAMs) with the Sussex Police Chief Constable.

These meetings are an opportunity for the Commissioner to hold the Chief Constable to account on behalf of the public in an open and transparent way.

During the meetings the PCC questions the Chief Constable on Sussex Police’s performance against the priorities and objectives set out in the Police & Crime Plan. You can watch these meetings live or view recordings of previous meetings here.
